Machine Installation

We install all types of production and process machinery covering textile, food industry, chemical plant, quarries etc. We use optical alignment equipment for high tolerance machine installation and laser alignment services for reciprocating equipment ensuring accurate alignment of high speed shafts and couplings. MIM-NI also install high priced critical machinery using a modular air bearing system.

Critical Equipment Movement

A Modular Air Bearing system is used for moving and installation of customer's hi-tech and critical equipment and is particularly applicable for use where floors cannot be damaged.

Air Bearings provide easier and free transport of various types of loads, regardless of weight or size.

Air bearings use a continuous, regulated flow of air to create an air film between an inflated bearing element and the floor surface thus protecting expensive floor coverings.

Air bearings are mounted to a rigid platform to provide load carrying capability. The thin film of air created between the air casters and the floor surface allows the load to lift and float, virtually friction-free and a multi -directional movement is achieved.
