Optical alignment
This technique allows you to evaluate geomeric relationships such as linearily, parallelism, squareness, flatness between machine components such as rollers, multiple bearings along a shaft and machinery beds. Even the slightest misalignment can cause elements to work against one another resulting in mechanical wear, premature failures and defective product. Ensure your equipment works in unison reducing maintenance costs and extending machinery life. The level of accuracy can be as accurate as 0.0625mm in 10 metres.
Laser alignment
The laser alignment equipment provides an automatic computation of horizontal and vertical coupling and foot readings. Clear graphical representation of the machines with the corresponding foot correction value and direction, help deliver an error free, accurate setting of pumps and gearboxes.
